I used California Mantel & Fireplace to install a fireplace and mantel at my new home. They were really great to work with! I went to their Dublin showroom for more information because I've never purchased a gas fireplace or had to figure out venting before. They were very knowledgeable and helpful about the whole process. They have a huge selection of styles for mantels as well and the quality is fantastic. Long story short I was very happy with working with them! My whole fireplace and mantel look amazing just in time for Christmas!
We had our masonry fireplace remodeled to a gas insert and added a precast mantel surround. The sales staff was very professional and prompt, the installation was skilled and very clean. We are pleased with the entire remodel. Thank you.
If I could apply negative stars, I would. Their original timelines suggested 3-4 weeks for install and hookup of our gas fireplace + cap. We waited for 3 MONTHS. They then cancelled on us TWICE. I mentioned to our GC that I'd rather they tear out the fireplace than to pay them a dollar. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
