Chose Amarant Design and Build to provide plans for a master bedroom, bathroom, laundry room and wine closet. I met with Scott initially, liked him and selected his firm to do the work.nnMet with one of his associates for field measurements, then met again with Scott to go over design ideasnnThe initial drawings were very close to what we were after. Met with Scott and my wife and clarified a few things. Plans are now complete and I am headed to the County for approval and permits. At every stage Scott and his team have been attentive and responsive.nnVery happy to recommend Amarant Design. and Build. Nice, honest people, reasonable rates, and they listen to what you are saying. Refreshing.
Scott is a neighbor of mine. We talked for some time about the improvements I couldndo to my house.nnWe started with a 900 sq. ft. two bedroom one bath house. Scott's ideas and designs were flawless really.nnHe maximized and capitalized upon the existing structure. His ideas were fresh and fluid!nnHe turned my 50 year old 900 sq. ft house into an innovative 2,250 sq. ft. with three bedrooms, two and half baths and even fit in a laundry roomnnHe increased my property value substantially and I was able to gain a 150% return on my investment.nnHe did the same for several of the neighbors as well!nnI can confidently recommend Scott as a designer and builder.
