Wonderful customer service and selections! We worked with them and they were super helpful with all of our needs. We truly appreciated her expertise and suggestions. The prices are higher than your average Home Depot stuff but you're paying for the extra service and know-how, which is great for those of us with limited time and need the extra help. Highly recommend!!
What an amazing experience! We walked in to a modern, well lit facility with loads of options. We were met by tile consultant John who asked several questions to get an understanding of our vision for the bathroom. He showed us options and gave his opinion on what went well together from a design standpoint. To my surprise he also offered up sale items as good options for our design.John was knowledgable, patient and thorough. As a person who appreciates good customer service I was extremely pleased and have found our tile place for any future projects.Did I mention they also have parking!!!A few months later.....As promised posted are pics of the final project thanks to the great tiles from Tiles Unlimited. We'll be doing my mom's bathroom returning to the store with great products and great customer service!

They did a great job and cleaned up after himself, which is highly appreciated. Best of all, the price was very reasonable. So overall, great experience.
