Have called Eugene multiple times over the years (2 different washing machines, dryer, dishwasher) and have always been satisfied.

Eugene is an excellent repairman. He is trustworthy and reliable, and a very nice person. He repaired my European combo machine twice. I highly recommend him.

Eugene made an appointment with us today to fix our Danby wine fridge between 11am and 1pm. Around 2:30 he called to say he was running late and that he would head over.nnI asked him specifically what time he would make it. And he said around 4:30pm.nnSo my wife waited for him, and again no call no show.nnShe wasted her entire day waiting for this guy.nnWould recommend you go with someone else for your service needs.

BEWARE!!!! I will NEVER use this man again and would NOT recommend him to anyone EVER. Eugene from C&D Sales and Service came to fix our wine fridge. ON the phone he quoted one price but when the bill came he charged a different price. WHAT A RIP OFF!!!! He charged almost $300 to put on a new cord that's too short to plug and he did NOT even use an appliance plug (the flat style). DO NOT USE THIS GUY UNLESS YOU WANT TO WAY OVERPAY FOR REPAIRS. He charges by the hour and works at the pace of a turtle and takes breaks for an hour and a half job. Does it really take an hour and a half to put on a plug??????? NOT HAPPY :(
