We bought an $8000 fireplace 2 years and 2 months ago. It is a high end Heat n Glo. It now will not light. So I called for a service appointment. They wanted to make an appointment 6-7 weeks out. After complaining they offered an emergency appointment 2 weeks out on a Saturday for $222 plus parts. This is totally unacceptable for a nearly new fireplace and demonstrates that all that matters is the sale - once done then you are screwed. I will not do business again with these people and will go out of my way to let my neighbors know to avoid Olympia Fireplace. Buyer beware. Will also post on our HOA website.

Olympia Fireplace & Spa really helped us out, as a trusted local resource.nnIn the past, I've also had great experiences with equipment purchased from Olympia Fireplace & Spa...both a natural gas fireplace insert (which kept my family's living area cozy in our old house), as well as a pellet stove (that replaced an old wood stove)...enjoying the convenience of the new pellet stove as compared to splitting wood for the old wood stove.nnI'll choose to shop Olympia Fireplace & Spa first when I look to upgrade my current home's gas fireplace insert. Tried to purchase a lower priced pellet stove at Tractor Supply but after waiting 2 weeks past the delivery date we found out they were unable to deliver to us. They didnt have it in store so we had to purchase online and they cannot ship to a residential address. What a pain!nnSo, we came to Olympia Fireplace and paid more for a high quality stove and it was delivered for free and was delivered quickly. Way way way better customer service here than other stores that sell pellet stoves. Would definitely purchase from here again.
