My experience with Altana was fantastic! She helped me create a beautiful custom ring. I came in with an idea for the design, and she helped me figure out exactly what it was that I wanted. She responded to questions and requests quickly and was very helpful. She was professional, responsive, creative....the list just goes on and on!nWhen I received the final product, there really are no words for the amazing ring. Altana made us these beautifully crafted wedding bands. What is extraordinarily unique is how the platinum wedding band integrates into the engagement ring, which is from my grandmother. She used a specialized 3D design program to match the shape perfectly. The art work on my wedding band is fantastic, and exactly what I had envisioned. If you want something custom and special that will last forever, she is perfect.
Altana saved our engagement ring! We had a bad experience with a previous jeweler who used his own interpretation of our very clear design. Thankfully we found Altana after that flop and she helped us create the most beautiful engagement ring imaginable! Her designs are stunning and she has a sharp attention to detail. Recently took my engagement ring to Altana to resize, and she got it done in less than 10 days and a lot more reasonably priced than the other jewelers in the area. She was extremely helpful walking me through every step of what the resizing would be, and made me feel super comfortable handing off my newest obsession to her care!
