Too many different bus transits in one space. Especially around 8:07 am M through F. Which causes congestion, and makes buses late. Some bus pickups should be moved a block or two away to relieve it.
The Bart agents have been really kind on a few occasions and I can't say this for all. When you had been riding Bart for 36yrs or more? Sh++ happens sometimes. Tickets either get demagnetized, dropped between stations, or didn't have exact funds to get off.nI've always offered to come back to pay my fee. Either I did just that, took care of it the next day, or I've paid it forward.
Okay I do it 5 days a week
