The customer service here is great. I came in with a piece that had the frame and just needed glass. Because they had a piece of scrap glass that was the right size they did it for free! That's unbelievable in this day and age! Super nice, friendly and the work is excellent. If you have something that needs a frame or restoration this is the place to go.

I had a wonderful experience at Galleria Scola! Elida, the owner, was very knowledgeable and engaging! We spoke in Italian as we discussed prices, quality of glass and the best way to preserve my grandmother's' tapestry that I wanted to frame. Once the framing was complete, Elida held it until I could find a car big enough to transport it. She even came to my house and hung it for me!! Wow!

Elida of Galleria Scola and her fabulous staff never fail to do an amazing job making each piece look its' best. Some works can be more difficult to pick frames for than others but with great patience and expertise, every visit ends with satisfaction and beautifully framed pieces. And on those rare occasions when they don't have the perfect frame for your keepsake or artwork in their inventory? Then they know just what is needed and where to get it or, better yet, the very skilled Elida can fashion it herself!

She actually made an appointment for me same day even though the shop was closed!nnVISITnThe shop itself looks like a legitimate craft studio. No consumer pandering or silly frills, just very nice frames and informative pieces, i.e. a before-and-after restored frame example.nnCONSULTnShe was quick, thorough, educational, and not hard on the upsell. It was an easy process and I feel a good investment.nnI still haven't received the finished frames but she left an impression!nnWas this review …?
