What a beautiful campus!

I attended MILLS for my 2 year grad program in dance, earned my M.A. I love Mills with all my heart, especially seeing how there is a great and supportive ESA (emotional support animal) community. I thank Mills for letting me live in ESA hall with my ESA. I love the supportive community here at Mills. I consider all of the undergrads who go here to be LUCKY and FORTUNATE AF because where I went to undergrad, the school was awful and not emotionally or spiritually supportive. Again, love this place. Just wish I can relive my experience here again.

I love Mills all around! great place to learn the world and begin life I hope everyone has the opportunity to take initiative of their own life and learn resiliency in the face of adversity. I am so happy, grateful and proud to be a Mills alum!!

It is unfortunate that an institution of once great esteem is now scrounging pennies to keep their antiquated policies afloat. While I learned from many great women like Carrie Maultsby and Sarah Pollock, I also learned that they care more about keeping their benefactors happy than they do about their current students. If you’re hoping to study STEM and be empowered as a female in a male dominated industry, those opportunities are few and far between, as Mills is eliminating critical programs and brilliant staff in favor of niche programs with no future job prospects like “Book Arts.” If you recieve a large financial aid package from them as an incoming freshmen, do not take it. Even if it’s your only option, you’re better off going to community college. They lure you in with big packages and, from my experience, cut your aid despite written agreements about tuition coverage. While I will miss the friends I made, I will not miss this school. This institution is not to be trusted with their false idea of strength and togetherness. A college that cares that much about empowerment and unity would not cut away their students, who they once called part of the “Mills Family” without even a sideways glance. This institution is on its last leg. Attend at your own risk.

Love this campus so much. Small but beautiful. People there are nice and teaching fellows are professional! I hope I can be there again:)
