Totally amazing! Guys, you need to take your wife here (if not married, then your girlfriend). I'm golden for the whole month. A saint. I can do no wrong. Not sure how I'll top this next month. : ( They also serenade in Italian.
Our gondolier was 30 minutes late, and didn’t even think to leave us a note letting us know. We showed up to a locked door and nobody picking up the phone, it’s honestly surprising that we waited for him that long at all!nA mediocre experience that could be made much better - not quite the romantic birthday ride we were hoping for, actually quite awkward!
Scott was wonderful! His knowledge of the area was impressive and informative. Thoroughly enjoyed the ride and plan to come back for a cruise after dark someday.
Michael was our rower tonight and he was fantastic. Awesome voice and great conversation. Thanks for making our ride special!
We were so disappointed with the service.. We booked in the morning for the same day evening trip. We went on time and waited for those guys for around 30 minutes.. No one showed up.. All our plans went for a big task.. So disappointed..i will never go there.. Sad post is, they never respond to phone.. We made almost 20 calls in desperation.. They say response to mail is quicker.. Yes it's 1 day quicker.. They really need to improve on the service...
