Lori R is amazing! She went ABOVE AND BEYOND to book an extremely last minute reservation for my family. She was working on it until well past 9pm on a Saturday but would not stop until I had every last detail needed for the trip. I could not get ahold of any other DVC companies on a Saturday so this already was impressive to me - but she absolutely made sure that customer service was front of line. This is most reasonably priced dvc rental service out there! The responsiveness cannot be beat. I have worked with other rental companies before and there service is not even close to the level dvc shop provides. I 10/10 recommend them for every disney vacation
