Helpful workers to sign up new and returning students.
It is sooooo difficult to contact with them by phone!!! Wast time! And the students service is very bad!!! I scheduled a test. But the staff told me I don't have any appointment in their system when I confirmed my schedule!!! And everytime I called them. I just asked one question. They hung up! I still have one or two more questions. So I had to call them again and again!!!!!
There are lots of nice staffs. You can get more help over there.
First, 2 lady workers COULD NOT help at all, 1 of them talked too much, but seems NOT KNOW what to do. At last a male worker came to help. Thanks
