The trip we had to Reno was not very recommendable. The truck failed on the road, we stopped twice for the driver to try to fix it. When we arrived at the hotel it was completely under construction there was no hot water and the sevice was not the best. This happened on the first day of the trip that was on Saturday, the return Sunday the driver arrived for us two hours late, because the truck was still failing. already on the freeway the driver decided to stop and call to send another truck, we had to wait four or five hours to arrive for us. We arrived at the house after 2:00 am. I do not intend to request this service again ..
