Oakland Davie Tennis Stadium

I am a tennis pro and college tennis coach. I often travel to watch my private high performance students play matches so I can assess the strengths and weaknesses of their game. In this way I can Taylor their practices to work of areas that need attention and improvement.

Great courts, historic clubhouse.

The Oakland Davie Tennis Stadium courts are nestled up in the beautiful hills of Oakland. There are 5 courts, one with bleachers all around it. They are a bit dusty but honestly worth it, the courts are surrounded by massive trees and hills, it really doesn't get more serene than this. Chirping birds, roaming deer, yet still close to many of the East Bay favorites. I definitely recommend playing here if you are in the area and participating in their seasonal NTRP tennis tournaments.

Davie Tennis Stadium is open to the public. 5 lite courts, locker rooms, beautiful activity room with relics of past glorious days. Built in the Thirties.You can make reservations. A great place to enjoy a game of tennis for new or experienced, children, adults and seniors. One of Oakland's true hidden gems! Without the cost or attitude of a private club.
