The guy Chilo came because we had asked to fix a sewage drain caused by roots and dirt stuck in the storm drain for years caused by the previous house owner. We agreed on a $300 since the pipe went straight, but at the end he asked for $400 even though spent a total of an hour cleaning the pipes. The worst part is after he left it was still clogged with a bunch of roots throughout the pipe that we had to get out ourselves.nnBefore he left, he also misinformed us about a misalignment in the pipes and asked us if we wanted to fix it for $900. We opened it up ourselves to find out that there was no misalignment but a bunch of roots clogged that was causing what he though was the misalignment.nnThat was a total scam.
Pro Rooter and Plumbing provided professional, totally hassle-free plumbing service for us. The plumber was very understanding in getting us the most appropriate appointment. Our kitchen sink drain was blocked and the garbage disposal stopped working. The plumber explained to us what caused the problem and finished the work on time.
I called this company about professional hydro jetting. I should say that they are very understanding and smart people which know what are they doing. If you need a plumbing contractor I highly recommend this one!!
