Anytime there's a plumbing issue I do not have to worry with this company! I just had a leaking faucet this last week. They got in contact with me the same day of my inquiry and were able to accommodate my busy schedule. They notified my when they were 30 minutes away, wore masks and booties, took no more than 20 minutes to fix the issue and were on their way! I've used JC Green Plumbing for several fixes and upgrades and I never have to worry about the quality of their work or being overcharged or up-sold. They provide competent professional service along with peace of mind, which in my opinion is priceless.

Plumber arrived on time. I told him what I needed done. Just power wash my clogged sewer lines using a power washer. I've had this service done a few times in the past 6 years by other plumbing companies. The JC Green plumber said that he was going to use a snake to unclog my line instead. I told him not to use a snake because it wouldn't work. He blew off my request anyway.nHe started using the snake @10 AM, getting poor results so he continued to use it anyway, even though the sewage line was still not uncloged. About 10:45AM, he gives up using the snake and starts using the power washer like I requested. The JC Green Plumber could have finished the job in 15 minutes if he would've listened to me.nSo, @ 11:15Am the job is complete but not without him charging me $650.00!nI will never use JC Green plumbing again! A hard, expensive lesson to learn.nI just hope their plumbers realize that the customer is always right.

We had such a great experience with Jesus and his team. Jesus is super communicative and even with a ton of plumbing requests from other clients during COVID, he still made us a priority. His team installed a tankless water heater for us and even came back to make sure it was working properly. We had some other issues with our plumbing that they came and checked on too. We would 100% work with them again and so glad we found them. They are the best!

I can't say what already hasn't already been said about JC Green Plumbing! Jesus responded to my quote request in 10min and it was a holiday weekend! We were able to set up an appointment the very next day. Eric and Humberto arrived at the scheduled time and got straight to work. They were nice enough to lay a tarp on our carpet and floors to limit any mud and water being trekked into our home because of the recent rain we've been having. Their priced were competitive and I would recommend them to anyone looking to replace their water heater!
