Jeff was extremely detail oriented and most importantly transparent. I had a leak outside of the home that needed to be found- he not only located the leak and diagnosed the issue but provided options and suggestions on how to move forward. I only wish Roto-Rooter cost doesn't skyrocket year after year especially at this crunch time when most people don't have any disposable cash to deal with the unexpecteds as clogged drain.
