Mack was timely, efficient, knowledgeable and did an excellent job replacing the water heater and installing a circulating pump within 8 hours of our initial call.

Mack arrived within the time frame, got right to work and did a great job. Very happy with the service of Water Heater Only. When my water heater broke down, - of course on a Friday night - I called your number and the person answering was so helpful and polite, that after I called around and got no responses, I ended up calling your company back and decided to just replace my sub-par heater (from another company) with one of yours. I love that there is a 6 year warranty and that you are local. And the hot water is working just fabulously! Thank you.

Water Heaters Only is the only water heater company I willnuse. They replaced my original water heater over 20 years ago. They did such an excellent job years ago I used the sticker on the old water heater to call them again. Valerie who was extremely pleasant & accommodating was able to get me a same day appointment.They did not disappoint. Mack, the service technician arrived promptly on time as promised. He was the real added value. Mack was knowledgeable, professional, experienced, and courteous. He was efficient and worked quickly. I had a beautiful brand new water heater in 45 minutes. Yay! He left the work area cleaner than he found it & he hauled the old water heater away. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs a great new water heater fast!
