Rasheed has been my plumber for at least 7 years and he is absolutely the one plumber I can totally count on. Not only is he the nicest and most honest guy, but he is someone professional and reliable.
Rasheed just fixed the busted drain pipes in my sink, like a champ. He is friendly, professional, skilled and charges a fair rate. He also came over right after another appointment of his, and had me fixed up in an hour. Other places I called said they couldn't get out to me until the next day. Broken Tub FaucetnIt was a huge relief to me to find Rasheed. I had problem with a broken tub faucet. It would sometimes not turn off and I was afraid of a flood. I had called a few plumbers but Rasheed was recommended by a friend. I felt so lucky when he showed up. He is a genuine, professional, decent guy. He hunted down the right parts (- it is an old fixture), installed the new faucet (and shower head because the one that was there was partly blocked), in a timely and extremely proficient manner. He also gave me a detailed account of what to expect in best and worse case scenarios and educated me about the plumbing inside the wall.nI hope Rasheed will be available for all our plumbing needs in the future. If he's available I will not be using any one else. I forgot to mention that his pricing was very fair and reasonable for the work he did.
