He’s a good doctor has a professional concern for his patients office is clean and very professional office workers are consistent on time available and helpful with paperwork and any questions with updates on your files I have been going to Dr. Heabard for over 10 years and every time I visit He diagnose my injury with updates and send feed back to the insurance company I appreciate his professionalism and it’s good to know when you are injured at work there are are professional doctors that will treat you and I know it’s you and give you what you need to get you back to your new normal

Good with paper work but unprofessional behavior with patients not good for people with emotional stress.

Staff does not answer calls. Does not call back. Does not follow through on anything unless you sit in the office and make a pest of yourself. Staff does not file paperwork with the State or insurance companies. I've been a patient for a year and have received zero assistance. Avoid this place. -Vince Brown
