I couldn't possibly recommend Crown Nine more highly. Kate and her team are not only creative geniuses, but they are so kind, understanding, and helpful. My journey with them started last year when my then-boyfriend and I went to look at possible engagement rings, and having an appointment just for us and Kate to discuss the options felt intimate and special. Being quite clumsy, I of course knocked the stone loose from its setting almost as soon as I got my beautiful engagement ring, and the Crown Nine team fixed it very quickly, and cleaned it too. When it came time for my fiance and I to choose our wedding bands, of course there was only one place we'd go! We had a virtual appointment to discuss what we were interested in, and customized a couple of the options offered in Crown Nine's Vow collection. Kate was so attentive and thorough, which made picking the rings so much easier, even in these weird times. My husband and I married in a tiny ceremony earlier in November and are obsessed with our beautiful rings; I plan to go to Crown Nine for all my jewelry needs. Thank you Kate, Christina, and everyone!

I highly recommend Crown Nine!! Christina was extremely helpful in the store when we first came in, and helped us talk through what I was looking for in a stone and style.nOnce we had found the perfect ring and my fiancee had proposed, Kate Ellen was extremely helpful and hands-on with the challenges I encountered through the appraisal process. Her integrity as a Jewelry artist and a business owner impressed me and she made what could have been a stressful experience really seamless for us.nIf you are looking for a shop with beautiful pieces, sustainable practices, integrity and warm helpful people then this is the place you should go!!

I've been going to Crown Nine for over 5 years now for jewelry gifts for my family and significant other. Kate is a wonderful presence in our community, and I'm so happy that she's my local jeweler.
