Took only 5 minutes to get rid of my traffic ticket. Very fast, don’t have to wait. Securities were friendly (probably because I’m a skinny Asian) ; P No race joke here?

Poor actually very poor when it comes to being helpful. I have made arrangements to pay a ticket in installments, my bank sends the court checks every month. The check was delivered but they (the court) hasn't cleared it. So they are sending me notices of failure of payment.nnUpon contacting the all the answer I got was that, if I don't pay it'll go to collection. The person I spoke to barely sounded willing to help. She sounded like a (go to hell, I don't care kind of person). That is not how a public servant should be.nnBe prepared to be disappointed.
