Edwards Stadium

Watched the men's Cal soccer game there. Was pretty warm outside so very few shady spots. Steep stairs. Exterior entrance a little dilapidated And could use a little freshening up

Very old stadium in the middle of Berkeley. Parking along the streets around it requires purchase of a parking pass. There is no attached parking lot. Home side has aluminum bleachers; visitors sit on concrete. Some excellent period architecture, with huge concrete columns. Track was in good shape. Infield was tiny, with pole vault and high jump pits set sideways, at the ends of the field.

The stadium is a great place it's huge and has big stadiums.

One of the most iconic track stadiums in existence! I definitely recommend checking it out if you’re in Berkeley. It is a very old stadium that risks being torn down to add more student housing.
