Our six-year old had an amazing camp experience this summer! She came home with arms full of creations everyday and still talks about the different experiments they did together. We really appreciated how Tracy had a plan for each day, but let the kids’ energy and interests guide how that plan took shape. It made our daughter feel empowered and involved in the work each day.

My 7 year old did a week long summer camp here and absolutely loved it. We were also very impressed with the owner’s packet that came home with him on the last day with lots of photos and details of his work.nnIf your kid is into crafts or science, it is a can’t miss spot for an hour or week long of fun.

My daughters 5 and 8 have been going to Hands On after school once a week for over a year now. They absolutely love it! The owner provides lessons for engagement as well as follows the interest of the kids. No matter what part of STEAM your child is interested in, Hands On provides an opportunity to explore it all. The sign up process online can be a bit confusing but if you give them a call or pop in to talk to Tracy, she'll happily give you the run down. There are so many options for all ages and schedules.

We dropped in with our 3 and1/2-year-old granddaughter and were delighted to find an inviting space that is bright with natural light and full of engaging activities. Tracy, who is an experienced science teacher, maintained an atmosphere that was organized, yet calm and relaxed. After the 3 girls had played on their own at activities of their choice, Tracy invited them to participate in a group project. Working together, they made fizzy paint and then took their paint outside to paint on the sidewalk. It was even more fun when they got spray bottles so they could spray on their drawings to make the paint fizz. This is a great fun and educational place for kids to play, experiment, and learn.

Did drop-in with my 7 year old during school break and it turned out to be a lot of fun. This cute STEM lab in family friendly neighborhood is equipped with lots of science and creative materials, toys and tools. My kid enjoyed making bubble solutions, working with robotics, measuring noise levels around the room and building structures in the course of 2 hours. The owner Tracy is a former teacher and she is fantastic with kids. They have age appropriate classes and workshops, and summer camps.
