We reached out to Copper Hawkins to assess our AC unit. Don came over to our home and made great recommendations to help us cool down without having to replace our existing unit. I appreciated his professionalism, punctuality, and most importantly his honesty. He did mention that our AC unit was small for our home, but he did not push us on purchasing a new unit. He mentioned to follow his initial recommendations and from there determine whether or not we want to invest in a larger unit. We followed his advice and it worked! I did a bunch of research to find a trustworthy heating/AC company and I’m so glad I found and went with Copper Hawkins!! They came and fixed my heater right away, being careful and mindful of my space. Very professional, knowledgeable (knew the ins and outs of my building’s old heater) and got the job done in a timely manner is something I greatly appreciate! I would highly recommend them to anyone with any AC/boiler/heater issues. Special thank you to our service tech who took very good care of us!
