If I could rate 0 stars I would. I understand long lines and wait times. But the staff seemed genuinely disinterested in streamlining and providing quick service. I went for a simple TB test. It took well over an hour to get it placed.nThey have you leave your number so that they can call you when its your turn. Do they call? No. I had to remind them myself. When it was time to read the test (48-72 hrs later) they were not even open!nMaybe I came on a bad day, everyone has bad days. But it truly was a shame.

If you are concerned about Covid this might not be a good place for you. I had a pt session in the same room as another male patient who had a thin fabric face covering that he often was only partially wearing or not wearing at all. No one seemed concerned that he was non compliant.nnThe next day I returned for my scheduled medical appointment and the waiting room was packed with people. I was not sure what to do because the one receptionist was on the phone. There were no instructions posted. I was instructed to sign in at the desk when I entered into the physician’s area on my own. Unwilling to stand around a packed waiting room, I left my cell number and waited in my car. The whole situation was perversely risky and I unhealthy.nnMy medical attention here was adequate. The pt was stretched thin but very good.

My care under the experienced Physical Therapist Gina Oliveira with Concentra has been outstanding. Within two sessions of therapy under her care I felt an improved range of motion. The staff are friendly and courteous as well. Thank you for all you do and restoring my health.nnSudha Lama

I have visited 3 Concentra Clinic and only this Concentra in Berkeley given me the attention that an injured person like me deserves. We are workers for many years in the companies everyone deserves adequate care like the one I received at Concentra Berkeley. Thank you for your special services. Care was great, but the wait time was unacceptable. I needed a quick test for work, arrived at 757am (opens at 8) and was first in line. I didn’t get in for my test until 850. Staff was nice and seemed competent just unacceptable wait time.
Similar place
