The worst experience I have had with a power company in over 10 years. The only way you can pay online is if you are willing to allow them to charge any amount to your account their billing cycle is hap-hazard at best, if you are one day late they threaten to turn off your power. Which would seem acceptable if there were a grace period allowing for mail issues since they haven't joined the new millennium.nI sincerely hope, for this community, that PUD becomes involved at some point the the near future. The current system is extraordinarily rigid and hard to manage. The ladies who handle customer service are very nice, and I feel sorry for them as they have to handle unhappy customers who are fed up with the archaic and inflexible utilities system in Centralia.

Not sure what that Jennifer person is talking about. There is a grace period. Bills are mailed the first week of the month and are due by the 25th giving almost three weeks. If you haven't received your bill, as with any monthly bill, you can call and they can tell you what you need to know to pay it.nYeah, not being able to pay without a fee is annoying, but some companies/utilities do that, but they do accept check (or money order I'd assume).nThey are easy to work with and if you don't pay, it is acceptable for them to threaten cutting service since their billing cycle ends each month at the same time and are due the same time every month... Giving nearly 3 weeks. Not very fair to rate one star for not paying your bill.

Rude customer service and rude employees. Hate going in and always have issues and get cut off when I’m trying to explain the problem.
