This review is specifically for Robert at Lumber Liquidators.nnI bought my floors on Saturday, and I was told they would be delivered on Monday. I have an extremely tight timeline, and I told them I would not purchase the floors if they would not be delivered that day (in hindsight that was an error). After purchasing the floors, I got a call a few hours later saying that the floors will would not be delivered until Tuesday morning, and that the delivery company would contact me on Sunday or Monday to give me the exact window. By 5:45 pm on Monday, I still had not received a call by the delivery company. At 5:45 pm - 15 minutes before closing - I pulled into Lumber Liquidators. There I was assisted by Robert. He made at least 5 phone calls, and stayed at least 30 minutes past closing to help me. Robert is the ONLY reason I did not cancel my transaction. He went so far above and beyond to be of service. I am incredibly grateful for all he did to assist and attempt to salvage my projects timeline. Customer service like what Robert provided simply doesn’t exist anymore. I hope Lumber Liquidators appreciates what they have in him.

Came in after visiting 3 other flooring stores and didn’t have much expectations but these guys really changed my mind. Roberto was the person who helped me and his experience as a floor installer coupled with his friendly and jovial attitude really helped me understand the process and jargon of flooring and what installation entails. The manager, Danny, was also great. He helped figure out all the supply chain issues and even helped give a bit of a deal on some items.nOverall, I super recommend talking to these since they worked so well as a team but the products seem to be very good too!

I feel so fortunate that Danny at the Albany CA Lumber Liquidators helped me with my flooring remodel project! His knowledge re the flooring was so helpful and he sourced the wood I needed from another location so that I could conduct a little sample viewing before placing a large order of material. He easily accommodated my special requests for the order and his cheerful and efficient manner on the phone made my experience with Lumber Liquidators a joy!

We came to pick up wood. They originally said the order would be loaded in about 45 minutes. 18 minutes later our order was loaded. They exceed our expectations and they were really nice while loading the truck.

My husband and I had a very positive experieince with Roberto at LL in Albany. He was very informative and spent a lot of time answering questions and sharing his expertise. Roberto was knowledgeable, polite, and friendly. We felt that he went the extra mile to work within our budget. The experience was low pressure. Roberto and Danny observed the the necessary safety protocols and the showroom was clean. The parking is convenient too.
