Was really excited to get a ring on here to propose to my soon to be fiancé but after placing the order and getting a confirmation number that they had received my payment, only to get an email an hour later stating that my order had been cancelled. Called the customer service number to see what was going on and they said they cancelled the order due to billing information being incorrect and would take 7-10 days for them to refund the money. I understand its for security but I was told that by the time the money gets refunded to my account the ring wont be on sale anymore and there is nothing they can do about it. Really disappointed that I have to now change my plans around and have to pay a higher amount even though they took the money. If the order was cancelled due to billing info I don't understand why they took the money at all if the information was incorrect. Really disappointed that nothing can be done. Will not be doing any further business with Kay.

Customer service here makes you feel part of the family. i have had issues with the Olympia mall location but these ladies jumped in and more than helped made it perfect. I would highly recommend these ladies to anyone looking to make a purchase cause lets be honest jewelry is a big decision.
