Only shop here if you can haul your own appliances. Their delivery is absolute bs.nMy family and I went here to purchase a used dryer, to be delivered to home. They told us it would be delivered between 10 and 11 am. It is 4:48 pm now and the driver JUST dropped off our dryer not leaving even ten minutes ago. We received no phone call that this would be late. My entire day was put on hold as I was waiting for this delivery. I had to call THEM at 4pm, and when they FINALLY got to our home, all we got was a “so sorry we actually forgot about this one today” — ?? Where’s the professionalism? The phone call? This place has great appliances but POOR DELIVERY SERVICE.

Super friendly and they were the only store around that had a oven coil! Thank you so much for saving thanksgiving for my family!!

I have bought several appliances from DB Cooper and everything I got broke down with the exception of my refrigerator. The other day I went into the store looking at freezers (like everyone else) and put $300 down on it. My wife and I decided it was to small so we went to get our money back and they keep $30 of it. That's not right....I said I would not go back well that has just sealed my statement I will never shop there again. Store is dirty...The ladies who run it are rude and do not get out of there chair to help you. You just lost my business..not that you care.

If you like to walk to the showroom floor and see the sparkle of brand new appliances with a shiny new salesperson in a button down shirt, this place is not for you.nnDB Cooper's place that does not pretend to be anything but what it is. I got a washer and dryer here two years ago for less than $400, and it has provided my family of four with clean clothes since then.nnThey've got a pretty good deal with their warranty , and I love keeping garbage out of our landfills.nnWas back in this week looking at refrigerators, and I will most likely be buying from them again.

They did a good job of getting me the part for my Frigidaire stove. It took two tries to get the right part but that was my own fault for not bringing the old oven controller along the first time. Friendly and ready to help. I had at least 3 people ask me if I had been helped yet while I was waiting for the person who helped me to find the right part. Thanks!
