I have been taking Hang Gliding lessons for the past 3 months with Robert at East Bay Hang Gliding. I have previously attempted to hang glide with other instructors, but none have helped me in nearly the same way Robert has. Robert values your personal safety first and all of his teachings revolve around this.nnI would like to say thank you to Robert for helping me achieve my lifelong dream of hang gliding. Thanks to him, I am about to obtain my hang 2 rating. I hope to spend many years flying with Robert as he is an exceptional pilot and instructor. I would strongly recommend East Bay Hang Gliding to anyone who has dreamed of flying.
I had an awesome time learning to hang glide w East Bay Hangliding. Robert, the instructor, is great. It is obvious that he has a real passion for the sport and is a very patient and thorough teacher. It is also very cool that once the training is done east bay hangliding continues to support the development of its students, leading mountain flying trips to different sites throughout the year. I highly reccomend Robert and East Bay Hang gliding to anyone that is interested in getting into the sport of hang gliding.
