These guys are awesome. I went in there looking for parts not knowing they don't sell parts. They were very courteous and went out of the way to find me a capacitor I needed. They saved my day. In 100deg weather I had to get my ac running. Thank you guys! You guys Rock! Cheers!
Rick was great! He patiently explained all the details of the service. He was knowledgeable and gave us useful recommendations on the heating/cooling system. We highly recommend Rick and would definitely use his services again!
I was in Oregon at the time my AC went out. Jazz came out the next day to look at it.nnI spoke with Justin over the phone at which point he explained what was wrong and the options to move forward. He also didn’t try to push services that weren’t needed. He was professional, quick and great to deal with and I appreciate his customer service.
