If you're reading through these reviews and what you really want to know is: Is Savior Plumbing honest, earnest, thoughtful, good people, experienced, knowledgeable, and careful, because those things provide confidence and peace of mind when you hire someone, take their advice, and pay them for the service? They're all that.nRepeatedly, Tom and Savior Plumbing have more than earned my jumping on Google and saying nice things about them.nWish I had a Savior equivalent for every other service I sometimes need.

Whist not the cheapest option for me their work was A+. The owner came out the same day & worked up an estimate. The guy doing the work showed up & the job was done to my satisfaction. I recommend Savior Plumbing for all your plumbing issues

Savior Plumbing had to do a two day, intensive job at our house. We had roof rats eat through all of the pipes, including the kitchen sewage pipe under our house and had also eaten some pipes inside our kitchen wall, under the sink. The smell was awful and they had to get a remediation team, which they promptly called for me and set up work for the next day. They were prompt, very friendly, honest, hardworking, and were extremely thorough and communicative than any other company I have ever hired! This is my 3rd time using them and all three times, I have had a great experience; they saved me a lot of stress from this bad situation!

Our warranty company send 4 different plumbing companies out to fix a leak. None were willing/able to fix. I called Savior Plumbing and they were on time, professional and fixed the leak allowing us to our our sink finally! Super happy customer here!

We would like to put no stars, but that is not an option. We were very disappointed in the service we received from Savior Plumbing. The service people were late for their appointments. One technician was almost an hour late, but charged us for that hour. He also spend almost another hour on his cell phone, supposedly creating our bill, and charged us for that also. We were told that Savior Plumbing would credit us for two hours of free service because of the poor service we received, but we would have to pay $75 truck charge each time we asked for one of those hours.nnThe technician that overcharged us told us that the problem we were having of a leaky overflow valve in our bathtub could not be fixed and that we would just have to live with it. When we hired a contractor to do all the repairs, he suggested putting in a shower stall in place of the bathtub, which we eventually did.nnThe costs turned out to be much higher that was estimated, because of the change to a shower stall.nnWe originally used Savior Plumbing because they were a Diamond Certified company. We think they should loose their Diamond Certified rating. We definitely will not use them again.
