Just dropped off my mothers wedding and mother’s rings today to be fixed the employee She worked is very professional and excellent she can’t wait to pick them up. Update 6/2020: With the malls slowly opening up from the pandemic diamond ring company made sure my moms rings were safe even though the location my rings were at originally was closed, they still made sure that her rings were safely kept at a location that was open which was wonderful so She got to pick them up and I must say they came out so beautiful and sparkly new for her being married for 30 years they still look brand new including the mothers ring. She will definitely be coming back in the future, thank you much Shamal and the employees of diamond ring company!
Hasan (Stoneridge Mall Store) was very patient and helpful. We must have looked at 12 different rings! He was able to guide us from one style to another, without suggesting anything outside our comfort zone. The ring we left with is perfect!

Amazing work and customer service! I have taken all my rings here to be resized since I have very small fingers (ring size between 3.5-4). The jeweler on staff is so talented and fast! He has even resized antique rings for me with delicate bands and they always fit perfectly and look flawless! They also have an amazing collection of engagement rings and watches. A+
This isn’t my first time here at the Pleasanton location which says a lot. I absolutely loved their service and professionalism. I would definitely recommend to anyone who is looking for amazing jewelry in the Bay Area.
