Believe all the 1 stars. Worst exprience ever now that i weighed and tested the diamonds. I bought a gold ring for my wife for when we get married. The ring was sold at $600 but its worth is really $200 with fake diamonds after being told they are real. The guy knew we were shopping for wedding rings and i was originally going to buy a $300 ring but because my wife preffered the $600 we went for it thats why on my bank statement shows 2 different charges. I dont mind posting it on google because this shows how much of a rip off this place is and i dont believe what any of these 5 stars say. dont ever shop here. I MISTAKENED them for the commercial on tv. Jewelry exchange in redwood city and when I ASKED the guy, HE said it was the same one so we didnt bother to look around. Theres a reason why when you walk by no one is in the store beside the clerk. I believe in karma and remember, Karmas a B and i hope the guy who sold me the ring gets his.

People here are awesome!! I bought 4 carat studs they gave me a great deal. I went back to buy a 2 carat diamond ring for my wife again they gave me a great deal. I also had 3 rings designed by them they made them just like the design I chose. We had conversation every time I went there made my buying experience awesome. I will always go to them. Thank you for being great people!

My husband bought a diamond from FAUZIA at The Jewelry Diamond Expo at Stoneridge Mall and had it mounted in an existing ring. We had it appraised at an independent jeweler and it appraised higher than what we paid for it. Then...nwe went back because we needed a ring guard or band to enhance the ring. Our sales person was again FAUZIA... She worked with me and was able to connect with my vision and designed the most beautiful bands! When I picked them up I was so happy I hugged FAUZIA! Thanks again! Excellent service! Very satisfied!

Just look for Mohammed when you come in.nMohammed , was a great help to us, he wasn’t pushy, and was able to give us some good advise and push us in a right direction, dealing with him was very easy as well as getting a fair deal!:)nBut most importantly biiiig thanks for your patience and aftersale experience! My future wife is suuuper picky, I can not believe that he actually took care of us during the next 4 visits recoloring and resizing our rings!nnBig thanks for your proffecialism and patience!
