The store clerks were not helpful, frustrating when I asked for help with an online order, and felt I was an annoyance when I asked to try on a sweater. For the prices Ann Taylor charges, I would expect a higher quality of customer service.

The sales person at this branch is entirely incompetent, sullen and unfriendly. Ann Taylor could try a little harder hiring more socially adept employees.
