The lady was training another sales associate and everything was fine until it was time to pay. I payed using my card and it said the transaction was approved on the screen but the lady said it didn’t go through so I had to try again. I tried again and they said it finally went through. Yesterday, I checked my bank account and I saw that they charged me twice. There should have been more communication and there was a fault on their side. Please a note to the staff, make sure this doesn’t happen again. This type of situation is extremely annoying for everyone especially the customer with all this COVID restrictions going on right now...
