The service here was great! I decided to get a second piercing. After looking at the place next door, which seemed to have inexperienced piercers, I decided on Claire's. Natalie was super professional. She explained all of the options and gave really good advice on what to choose. The piercing process was so sanitary, alcohol wipes, gloves, sanitizer, etc. And they allowed me to get both ears pierced at the same time with two piercers. Thanks for the great service and attention!

I love Claires And all the stuff is good Quality, and will last a long time. The stuff is always super cute and fun to use. But sometimes it can be a lot of money just like $10 or $7 dollars for a scrunche it should be like $3 , overall tho the stuff in the store my be expensive it is still goods so I recommend going to CAIRES✌ud83cudffb

I wont be ordering online from Claire's again.... I bought an item and opted for store pick up thinking that I could go down within a day or 2 at most and pick up my item instead of having it shipped to my home and waiting longer. It's been almost a week and I still hadn't received any emails my item was ready for pick up. So I called customer service and was informed shipping to the store takes 7-10 business days and it will probably be another week til it's there. Had I known that I would have just had item shipped to my house or ordered a similar item from a site with 1-2 days delivery.

just looking while waiting to go to work at The Garage prices kind of high for the quality would rather go to Wal Mart for better prices and same quality

Horrible experience, when i walked in i wasn't greeted instead i was given a basket and was told about the buy 3 get 3 free, a friendly hello would have done lol i can see the buy 3 get 3 free in the window. Girls were behind registers and watched me the entire time as if i was stealing.
