I went in the store yesterday to return few items at 5:15 pm there is was a sign stating they are Out for lunch break for 45 min. I waited there for around 1.5 hour and then I saw a lady inside through the glass window and trying to call her she saw me and ignored I kep waving at her for. Another 10 min then she came and told me they are closed for break I asked her when they might open back without replying to me she rudely went away and shut the door . I don’t know who takes a lunch break at 5 and she was so rude to me as I had to wait there for 2 hours just to return some stuff on a busy Saturday evening . Totally disappointed with the service and I am never going back to this store

Love this store - it's larger than the Stoneridge Mall location and the employees are always sweet and helpful. Great stop for a gift for yourself and others!
