I dropped off my wedding ring back in early March to have the rhodium re-done. This all took place pre-covid 19 shelter in place. My ring has been sitting at the Pleasanton store for going on 3-months now. Jose Rodriguez (Branch Manager) has not been responsive for 3+ weeks now as I asked him for an update on my rings whereabouts and asked him to work with me to get the ring shipped to my house or the local Southern California Mall since I recently moved. He told me once that he’d check with corporate and their legal department as to whether the ring could be shipped. Absolutely zero follow up since then. I have emailed 3 separate times asking for updates. He also said in his first email he wasn’t sure if my ring could be shipped. Ummmm. It’s called shipping the ring and paying for the insurance! Zales ships NEW rings all the time to their customers. So, a long term existing client is not in the same ballpark? Absolutely inexcusable customer service. Poor follow through and communication. Where is my ring Jose?? All- save your hard earned money and go buy your jewelry elsewhere! ud83eudd26ud83cudffb‍♂ufe0fud83dudc4eud83dudc4eud83dudc4e

if you are reading this , it is for a reason ....so Run and look elsewhere , don't end up writing a review after you deal with Zales , BETTER not to .nGood luck

This store is Garbage. I constantly have to bring my ring in because the diamonds in the band fall out. Every time it goes to the keeled it comes back worse. So bad they had to replace the whole ring. Jewelry obviously poor quality and customer service is just as bad

This store could not honor my request to exchange a diamond ring for correcting the size at no cost to me. I expect better customer experience from such a name in the diamond business.

Very unprofessional and rude. This store has gone downhill dramatically after Antonio has left the store they will not honor their warranties that they sell for you at an additional cost be sure to look at your diamond under a microscope to make sure that it is actually the quality that you ordered they will try to fraud you into a subpar calling a diamond and S2 when really they're just giving you an s i
