Wat a disastrous experience at the Bart Station with this lady who can’t talk at all. She yells. I wish they’d come across severe challenges in life that will make them realize someday to have a polite and helpful nature to passengers rather than being arrogant and disrespectful. I asked her name and she said that she’s off now. But then she introduced herself as wicky. Not sure whether she told her actual name or not, but I think she was afraid that I’ll complain against her aggressive behavior. Anyways - I’d remember her as Wild Wicky!
