Kitsune Food Truck

I experienced Kitzune food truck for the first time last night, outside High and Dry Brewery. Whoa, was it a treat! The Pork Belly is the truth and for a moment, while eating, felt I was in midtown Manhattan experiencing a Michelin star rated establishment. Eddie, who was running the show said, "We put our heart and soul in every bowl. There's love and passion in there!" He is speaking truth, because I could taste every bit of the love, passion and explosion of Asian flavors fused into their masterwork! Hunt this truck down wherever it may be. I know I will be. You will not regret it!

Deliciously flavorful tacos and loaded fries served quickly from friendly staff out of conveniently scheduled food truck. Tried the food a few times and everything has always been great. Happy to encounter the food truck when it happens to cross our path.
