Semper Solaris - Bay Area Solar, Roofing, Heating & AC Company

The Semper Solaris team was efficient, knowledgeable and very professional throughout our project. From the start our representative Chelsea initiated the process and kept us informed along the way regarding what to expect. I especially appreciated the assistance provided regarding the rebate program.nBut we were especially wowed and impressed with their installation team which consisted of Adam, Will and Remy. These installers really know what they were doing and do it well! The day of installation we were without power due to the power shut off. These installers worked continuously until late in the evening to ascertain we would have power. That’s dedication! So kudos to Semper Solaris for hiring their team and I’m hoping they receive recognition for a job well done!

We had solar panels installed and no way to get them activated as there was no response from the installing company who held all the documentation. We purchased 3 Tesla batteries that will power our entire house, should there be a power shutoff or some other reason we would lose power. This system gives us great piece of mind. The installers were very professional and knowledgeable about the system and how to tie it all in to our home. I would highly recommend Semper Solaris and would not hesitate to recommend them to my friends, family and neighbors.

This company did both: put a new roof on our house and added solar panels. We couldn't be happier. Every step was explained, as well as one change order for more plywood since our roof had a lot of rotted boards. Piece of mind that we have a great roof with a great warranty. Solar panel installation was great, had to rewire quite a bit but everything was explained to us and also shown. Highly recommend!!

Update 9/26/20: Since I posted this Semper has been coming through, getting back to me, giving regular progress updates, getting results and moving this project forward. They broke the logjam with the permits, and are working with PGE to clear the way to for the rebates. This is the kind of service a good company gives. If they continue with this effort and professionalism, I will must re-rate again with more stars. Keep it up Semper!nUpdate 9/13/20: Right after I posted this Semper reached out to me and let me know they will work to make this right. Hopefully they will. I will update and keep you posted as to what happens.nSeptember 202):10 months later still waiting for them to start the job. Great sales folks, but once I signed on the dotted line, sales person wouldn't return my calls. Maybe my opinion with change, when, if ever, they complete this job. Staff is nice and pleasant when you call, but they had little if any follow through with county permit staff. I had to get involved with the permit process in order to find out what was needed and then make call after call to Semper to complete the process. Now waiting for the rebate to be approved, but can't help to think somehow Semper dropped the ball again. We will see. Frustrating. Certainly can not recommend them at this time.nUpdate 9/13/20: Right after I posted this Semper reached out to me and let me know they will work to make this right. Hopefully they will.
