He really knows the job, very good at the complete system as well as all the little details. He explains clearly of what the problem was and how can it be corrected, and what the cost is. Cleans up after the job thoroughly. He also is very courteous and with professionalism. You know his work can be trusted.
The pilot in the water heater kept going out. Najib came on time, diagnosed quickly and he was done within a half an hour. He had parts on him which was impressive and he also replaced the pilot. He was efficient, on time, and easy to work wtih. We would definitely work with him again!
Called at 2:10 pm, told me they would be there between 3-5pm, wow. Showed up at 3.38 and texted me 10 min out. Replaced a pressure valve and determined my inlet pressure to the house was way high. Added a regulator to the inlet. Took 90 min, had all parts, boom......done! 5 stars for getting the job done and fast!
