These guys seemed shady. I called looking for a quote on having my toilet removed, and a drain snake ran, and they seemed to be trying to haggle a higher price instead of giving me a direct answer as to their price model but eventually they quoted me $475. I called rotorooter to get a second opinion and was immediately informed that they wanted to try running the snake through the toilet first($250 service) and if that didn't work they would pull the toilet and run the snake ($400 service) and that the prices did not stack. Long story short, call Rotorooter, they were faster, cheaper, more trust worthy, and all around just made it a more painless process. No one wants to deal with some scum bag fast talking them just to get a toilet fixed.
Emerson was very kind explaining the problems and how it would be resolved. He showed me how he fixed and what I should do as a next step. Decent pricing, transparent, professional, job done fast. We will definitely get a service from USA Rooter & Plumbing if we have any plumbing issues. Highly recommend.
Emerson was very professional when it comes to his work ethics. i had a problem with my faucet and just one call he came the next day to dix and replace my faucet. he did a very good job and i recommend USA rooter and plumbing to everyone.
Emerson replaced the hot and cold water heater valves on my property, and ensured the water heater was functioning with no leaks.
