Installer was a personable, very competent man who did an excellent job. The process was quick and easy to arrange. One phone call, same day service on a Sunday (no extra charge for that) and done in a couple of hours. Perfect!

Mr. Dan Chavez explained everything thoroughly and gave us the cost and installation of the water heater. And promptly install the water heater. The water heater works well, and there is no leaks. We are very satisfied with his service.

I see several reviews praising Loni. I have to agree. He is experienced and efficient and also very personable. Did a great job installing our water heater quickly and skillfully. Also extremely neat. I had to stop him from sweeping our garage! Hopefully the water heater itself will measure up to the quality of the installation. Time will tell...

The service and follow up were amazing, Greg and Steve has my new water heater in the same day as I called. They were both very friendly and the job was thorough and professionally done. I would highly recommend with more than 5 stars if that was a choice!
