All the staff are very professional, I was working with Angelica❤very patient and kind, her customer service skills are on point, due to covid-19, they shut the mall down and we had some hiccups with delivery, but she stayed on top of it and gave me updates. Amazing staff here. Greeted the second you walk in. Every employee there was very helpful. Very patient, took their time and didn't rush me through my jewelry picking process. I walked out very happy and satisfied with my choice

My husband and I went there to purchase me an upgraded wedding ring for our 10 years anniversary. Angelica helped us and she was great! She was very attentive, personable, friendly and gave great suggestions. I am so pleased with my new ring and can't wait to pick it up! Kay Jeweler's in Southland is friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and thoughtful in their suggestions. I have had my wedding ring cleaned there numerous times and like the folks who work there.
