Have dealt with this company since 2014 . I have never returned or made any attempt to have a warranty redeemed . I called in the other day when a led driver went bad that they supplied just over a year ago and spoke with the owner . I was told that at 13 months it’s out of warranty. That’s fine he has a year warranty and tells me if I buy another one he would allow me to send that one back to see if he could have the manufacture warranty their product. I took the time to contact the manufacturer directly at this point because the manufacturer backs the product with a 5 year no questions asked return policy . This guy clearly knows what he’s doing and the fact that he wanted the bad one back means he was going to sell me another and then get a credit back from the manufacturer otherwise with their no questions asked policy he already knows the answer to weather or not they would return the product . For anyone that has had issues with them and the warranty the led drivers I used are made for them and private labeled by magnitude lightning. I would not suggest them if you are looking for a company to stand behind their products .

This place is incredible. I was helped by Tim and he definitely knows his stuff. He was even willing to take time out of his day to sit down with me and discuss my upcoming projects and the best way to achieve optimum results. Definitely recommend using this place for all of your lighting needs.

Bought 2 street lights (28’ high) one failed 4 month after the one year warrantee called and spoke them twice and was told they would sell me parts, never got back to me. Bought new ones with 3 year warrantee at a far cheaper price. Unprofessional and a poor quality product.
