Coach House Physical Therapy

Before COVID, I’ve been taking my mother in law here for nearly a year. She’s had 8 spine surgeries and barely any mobility or strength. But the staff here have truly give. Her hope. Hope to have a quality of life and independence she’s lacked for so many years now. Thank you ! And hope to see you guys again once it’s safe enough for us to come back out! :)

Wow. Just wow. The people at this facility are just amazing.nnI had to go to Coach House PT from December - March for bilateral broken fibulas.nnWhen you first call CH, you'll notice that there's someone who actually PICKS UP THE PHONE. NO AUTOMATION!!!! I mean, that won me over instantly, especially because every other physical therapy location in the area has an (annoying) automated system that takes forever to reach someone to speak to.nnScheduling appointments has been a breeze - and they have been able to work with my always-changing schedule. I even had to cancel 2 appointments last minute to deal with other pressing matters, and they completely understood.nnWhen you walk into the building, it may be a bit underwhelming, but I promise that the people there are what makes this place tick. I was initially worried about having multiple people be involved in my plan of care, due to a previous encounter with another company, but this team put me to ease after the first week or so. The team works together so seamlessly, and you can tell that they put a lot of effort into making sure that everyone is on the same page about your care.nnI especially appreciate how the members of the team are all about patient care and advocacy. When my insurance denied more visits, they went to tried hard to get me approved for more physical therapy sessions, especially knowing how the level of physical-readiness that my job requires.nnI am so, so glad that I chose Coach House PT for my physical therapy. Even though I have to pass at least 5 other physical therapy locations to get there, it was well worth the drive.

Very professional staff. They work together with you to create a program to heal you and get your health back.nThe physical therapist are well trained and educated on techniques to strengthen and help you recover, with the intent to get you back on your feet quickly.nI have used Coach House for over 30 years when I need PT. I would recommend them to anyone who wants a staff and program who cares about each individual and their needs.
