I was hesitant to do PT during COVID. My worries were quickly rested. The staff followed safety protocol. They wore masks, kept patients away from each other, and always sanitized items between people. It was great working with Sophia. Each visit she carefully listened to how I was feeling and created a plan to fit. The receptionist was also very nice. It was a pleasant experience every time I went.

I really enjoyed the people and environment at Pivot Physical Therapy. They are all very nice and knowledgeable about how to help get you better. I would highly recommend using them for whatever PT help you may need.

Highly recommend this place. Angela is very personable and knows what she is doing. She has a passion for her job. She thoroughly explains the program that she develops for you so that you have an understanding of how to do the exercises correctly to achieve optimum results. The front staff, Allison, is awesome to work with in trying to get your appointments scheduled and in dealing with insurance. The facility is clean and welcoming. Overall a great experience.

I highly recommend Angela for your physical therapy needs. She was extremely knowledgeable and was very thorough in explaining what she was doing and why. I spent many weeks there working with her and she was always friendly and personable. I also loved Allison, the office manager. She was also friendly, personable and worked hard to work around my schedule to get me the best appointments possible. I honestly will miss seeing them regularly. Thanks girls!
